HELP KEEP ME OUT THE STREETS

HKMOTS is building toward long-term community infrastructure that supports housing, workforce readiness, youth development, resource access, technology training, and transportation solutions.

WHAT WE ARE DOING NOW

CURRENT COMMUNITY-BASE OPERATIONS

HKMOTS currently operates programs and workforce readiness activities in the same communities we serve by

utilizing community recreation centers, partner facilities, and community-based locations within our service zip

codes.

THESE LOCATIONS CURRENTLY SERVE AS:

COMMUNITY-BASED DELIVERY MODEL

HKMOTS is already doing the work in the communities it serves. This model allows the organization to remain close to participants, increase accessibility, and create direct pathways to mentorship, workforce readiness, and development opportunities.

Through this model, HKMOTS is able to meet participants directly in the communities where they live, provide structured programming, and connect them to workforce and development opportunities.

WHY FACILITIES ARE NEEDED

BUILDING PERMANENT SPACES FOR LONG-TERM IMPACT

Dedicated facilities will help HKMOTS strengthen delivery, expand capacity, and create more consistent environments for the programs and people it serves.

01

EXPANDED CAPACITY

Dedicated facilities will allow HKMOTS to serve more participants, host more programs, and build stronger systems for long-term support and development.

02

PROGRAM CONSISTENCY

COMMUNITY ACCESS

Facilities located within or connected to the communities served make it easier for participants and families to access opportunities, resources, and support.
