The Economic Mobility & Community Readiness Initiative (EMCRI) is an employer and institutional workforce stabilization framework designed to address workforce instability through structured, education-first readiness infrastructure.​

EMCRI supports employers, financial institutions, and community intermediaries in deploying measurable workforce and financial readiness programs aligned with Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), diversity and inclusion (DEI), and economic mobility priorities.
