A Message From Our Founder
Tiffany B. Scott
HKMOTS was founded to create real pathways for individuals seeking change, growth, and opportunity.
Founder Tiffany B. Scott established the organization based on the belief that mentorship, accountability, and opportunity must work together to create lasting transformation. What began as community-based work in Washington, D.C. has expanded to Dallas–Fort Worth, with a vision to build a structured development model that can impact communities nationally.
HKMOTS focuses not only on workforce development, but on preparing individuals mentally, emotionally, and professionally so that opportunity leads to long-term success.
